Machine Maintenance Supervisor

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled checks, lubrication, and tune-ups on machinery (e.g., motors, pumps, conveyors).

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical/electrical failures, dismantle equipment, replace faulty components, and reassemble.

• Installation & Setup: Install, assemble, and test new machinery or modifications.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service records, and inventory of parts.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other safety regulations; maintain a clean work area.

• Collaboration: Work with production staff and engineers to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand/power tools, reading schematics/blueprints, welding, machining, and operating diagnostic equipment.

• Knowledge Areas: Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Soft Skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and physical stamina.
