Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Molding Machine Maintenance Supervisor to manage routine and preventive maintenance of injection molding machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, ensuring minimum breakdown time and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance technicians and daily machine service activities.

• Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repairs of molding machines.

• Diagnose issues in hydraulic systems, motors, heaters, sensors, and PLCs.

• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and logs.

• Ensure timely availability of spare parts and tools.

• Minimize machine downtime and ensure high production efficiency.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.

• Ensure proper safety procedures during maintenance work.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong technical knowledge of injection molding machines (e.g., Windsor, Haitian, Toshiba, L&T).

• Experience in handling breakdown and preventive maintenance.

• Good understanding of electrical panels, PLC systems, and sensors.

• Basic knowledge of safety and ISO/5S practices.

• Capable of reading mechanical and electrical drawings.

• Problem-solving and team management skills.

Educational Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
