Job Description

This individual is to be a technical and administrative member of the Production

management team and will report to the Head-Production. He will manage within the

guidelines set forth by corporate policy, company business operation procedure and IATF-

16949 quality system. The Supervisor-Production will insure that customer requirements

on time, every time without error is achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

CNC / VMC machine operating, setting skills

Quality

Workmanship standards

IATF-16949 system compliance

Productivity

Equipment and manpower

Machine maintenance

5’S’

Continuous improvement

Associates training and development

Training for new employee

Interaction with support depts to ensure materials/tools Etc are supplied in time.
