Machine Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking qualified and experienced Project Engineers with a strong background in Thermal Power Plant Operation & Maintenance (O&M). The role involves performance testing and optimization of key power plant equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance testing of Boilers, Turbines, Cooling Towers, and other critical plant equipment.

• Analyze O&M performance data to identify efficiency gaps and recommend improvements.

• Prepare technical reports, test results, and performance evaluation documents.

• Support the operations team in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth execution of testing activities.

• Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and plant performance optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Thermal Power Plant O&M.

• Strong knowledge of power plant equipment and systems.

• Experience in performance testing and data analysis of Boilers/Turbines/Cooling Towers preferred.

• Good communication and report-writing skills.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
