Maintenance Fitter Skills: (Diploma in Mechanical/ITI Fitter, 2-6 years’ experience)

• Operation & maintenance of utility equipment (Air compressor, Chiller, HVAC, Cooling Tower, DG)

• Valve & pump maintenance

• Troubleshooting of pneumatic systems

• Troubleshooting of hydraulic systems

• Repairing slides, rods & mechanical surfaces

• Basic knowledge of seals & replacement methods

• Basic knowledge of chain sprockets & bearing replacement methods

• Optional: Why-Why analysis, 5S, Kaizen, BBS & Hazards awareness
