Core Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections, lubrication, and servicing to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and performing corrective repairs.
Installation & Assembly: Setting up, assembling, and testing new machinery and systems.
Part Management: Identifying, sourcing, and managing inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed logs of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Safety Compliance: Strictly following lockout/tagout procedures and all safety regulations.
Collaboration: Working with production teams, engineers, and other technicians.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand/power tools, reading schematics/blueprints, mechanical/electrical systems.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking for diagnosing complex issues.
Attention to Detail: Monitoring complex systems for optimal performance.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in challenging environments and lift heavy components.
