Machine Maintenance Supervisor

• Cutting:
  Maintain die-cutting machines, hydraulic presses, and clicker machines.
  Ensure blades, pressure systems, and safety features are functioning.

• Fusing:
  Ensure fusing machines are calibrated properly and heaters, belts, and temperature controls are maintained.

• Sewing:
  Service flatbed, post-bed, zigzag, and computerized sewing machines regularly.
  Replace needles, motors, and adjust tension settings.

• Assembly & Lasting:
  Maintain toe lasting, side lasting, and seat lasting machines.
  Ensure proper calibration and lubrication.

• Soling:
  Monitor pressing and cementing machines, sole attaching units.
  Maintain pressure and heating settings.

• Finishing:
  Maintain polishing, brushing, embossing, and buffing machines.
  Check and replace consumables as needed.
