We are looking for a MAINTENANCE ENGINEER to join our team RAAS TECHNOLOGY . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers a opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Job Description: Engineer – Maintenance

Department: Maintenance
Qualification: Diploma / B.E (Mechanical/Electrical)
Experience: 5–7 years

Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct preventive as per PM Checklist & plan

·         Breakdown maintenance & Improvement in uptime of plant

·         Manage utilities, spares inventory, and shift breakdown records.

·         Monitor and Improve MTBF & MTTR and support TPM / autonomous maintenance activities.

·         Ensure machine availability for production.

Skills & Knowledge:

·         TPM concepts, PLC systems, Compressor, DG Sets, Utilities

·         Maintenance KPIs like OEE, MTBF, MTTR

·         Root cause analysis of Breakdown and documentation

·         Preventive maintenance checklist improvements
