Responsible for maintenance and smooth operation of all manufacturing machinery and production equipment.

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Ensure continuous production by attending breakdowns promptly and efficiently.

Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, logs, and reports.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to optimize machine performance.

Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with industrial regulations.

Monitor machine efficiency (OEE) and suggest improvements for productivity.

Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for procurement.

Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new machines and equipment.
