A Solar AMC Engineer oversees and coordinates all activities related to the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of solar power plants, ensuring efficient operation and timely maintenance of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and schedule preventative and emergency maintenance activities for solar assets.

2. Monitor site performance using systems or on-site inspections and address equipment issues.

3. Coordinate/Training with service engineers

4. Coordinations with vendors and clients for timely problem resolution / Payments.

5. Prepare and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, warranties, and AMC contracts.

6. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and contractual agreements.

Required Skills

1. Technical knowledge of solar systems and maintenance procedures.

2. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.

3. Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and client teams.

4. Familiarity with scheduling tools and remote monitoring systems

Qualifications

1. Degree/diploma in electrical engineering or relevant field, with experience in solar or O&M services preferred.

2. 4+ years experience in maintenance coordination or related roles within the renewable energy sector
