Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance for all machines
Handle electrical systems (panels, wiring, motors, PLC basics)
Manage mechanical maintenance (hydraulics, pneumatics, gear systems, etc.)
Supervise maintenance team and allocate daily tasks
Troubleshoot faults and ensure quick resolution to reduce downtime
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, logs, and reports
Ensure proper functioning of utilities (compressor, DG, etc.)
Coordinate with production team for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Monitor spare parts inventory and raise requisitions when required
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical systems
Basic understanding of PLC & automation systems
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Team handling and leadership ability
Knowledge of maintenance planning tools
Good communication skills
