Key Responsibilities

· Surface Preparation: Operate graders to achieve precise elevation and slope specifications for road construction, drainage, and foundation work.

· Equipment Control: Maneuver blades and attachments via hand-wheels, pedals, and joysticks to move earth, gravel, or stone

Daily Maintenance: Conduct pre-operational safety checks, lubricate machinery, and report any mechanical issues. Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment and comply with all safety rules & procedures to include personnel protective equipment
