Machine Maintenance Officer

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance of CNC Machines (Shearing, Cutting, Punching, Marking)
Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of PLC, Hydraulic Systems, Power Presses, EOT Cranes, Compressors, Transformers, Switchgear, LT Panels, LT Motors
Ensure Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance to minimize downtime
Implementation of ISO Standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and safety procedures
Oversee Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) activities
Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and ensure compliance
Lead, train, and guide the maintenance team for maximum efficiency.

Strong technical knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance
Hands-on experience in CNC, PLC, HT/LT Systems
Good leadership, communication & team management skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Emails)
Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory)
Honest, proactive, and safety-conscious personality
