Daily Job responsibilities:

1- Machine Preventive Maintenance HPDC Toyo and breakdown troubleshooting

2-Shot Blasting machine PMand troubleshooting

3-Trimming press PM And hydraulic troubleshooting

4-Reduce Machine Breakdown plan vs actual

5- Improve MTTR & MTBF Achieve as plan

6-Spare Parts Management

7- Cost Saving through spare parts

8-Power Saving plan vs Actual

9-Atteand Machine Breakdown Plant

10- Maintain 5s Respective Zone

11-Empolyee Kaizen each Section

12- SAP knowledge

SALARY:- 6.00 Lac - 7.00 Lac

NATURE OF JOB:- Permanent

PREF.INDUSTRY:- Automobile

REPORTING HIRERACHY :-Sr. Engineer Dy. Manager & Manager

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:- Candidate having experience in Automobile industry will be preferred.
