A leading manufacturer industry required a maintenance manager for jaipur location. Jd The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all mechanical equipment and machinery in the Jaipur plant. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability improvement, and minimizing machine downtime. The position will oversee maintenance activities related to induction melting furnaces, moulding lines, overhead cranes, shot blasting machines, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and other plant machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules for the entire plant.
Ensure maximum uptime of the moulding lines, sand plant, melting section, fettling, and material handling equipment.
Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for all major breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
Monitor daily equipment performance KPIs: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and unplanned downtime.
