Line Incharge-Reciept Function Plant Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As Team Manager - Receipt Quality, you will be the part of the functional quality. Your responsibility is assuring quality of components processed in Receipt Quality through adherence of inspection plan, problem analysis & continual improvement to provide the best quality product to Shop. A purpose driven role for you Your responsibilities will include but not limited to- 1. Develop quality systems to ensure smooth production of upcoming models 2. Sustenance of existing Quality systems in order to reduce generation & outflow of defects in existing models 3. To strengthen QM pillar methodology on shop floor to eliminate defect & creating healthy work environment 4. Initiatives to enhance innovation A Day in the life You will work on day-to-day on following- 1. Exclusive Part Sheet for New model 2. Creating the inspection plan of New Models 3. Review & Training Adherence of Quality System of concern team before mass production of New Models 4. L1/5 Lot Monitoring Inspection ( Precise Checking ) MI/FI Line Issues 5. IPP Tag clearance and share Status Academic Qualification & Experience B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 years of relevant work experience Technical Skills/Knowledge Knowledge of TPM, TQM, Quality Planning, Policy Deployment, Quality Systems (QC Tools, Why – Why Analysis, ISO 9001 etc.) Behavioural Skills 1.
