Lead Engineer - Consultant Title: Lead Engineer - Consultant KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. Under broad direction, supervises and leads a group of engineers. Provides technical direction over a group and is responsible for employee performance appraisals and for coaching and developing lower-level professionals. Plans, budgets, organizes, and controls an important segment of a very extensive and highly diversified engineering program or an entire engineering program of moderate scope. Job role is responsible for a measurable asset such as an assigned staff and budget. Responsibilities: Working on proposals, Manhour estimation, Resources planning to meet the Schedule and presentation about the project to Management. Leading the team of Engineers and designers for major projects, Coordinate with another Operating centers / Client. Execute the project within budgeted hours, meeting the project Schedule with quality and Industry standards. Vendor drawings review, coordination with subcontractors. A wide range of experience of project phases from feasibility, conceptual, FEED to EPC and PMC is preferred. Performs advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority for broad program areas or in an intensely specialized area. Job role contributes directly to value creation. Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Graduate Engineer + master’s degree preferable - Experience (Above 20 years) minimum of 12 years related experience. Should have sound knowledge in the analysis and design of Jacket/FPSO topsides. Capable to independently perform and guide Jacket/Topside structures In-Service and Pre-Service analyses: In place, Pushover, Fatigue, Loadout, Lift, Transportation, Jack up, Float over, etc. Software exposure in SACS & GRL WEAP, SESAM and Review of 3D model by Navisworks Problem solving and decision making, Site experience that is preferred Good Communication Skills, Enthusiasm to learn new concepts and Adaptability to relocate to different centers / countries Belong.
