Lead Design Architect - Real Estate Mixed use Responsibilities Adani Airport City is developing Mixed Use Real Estate Airport Cities including Retail, Office, Hotels, Convention Centre and Arena across various cities – Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati spanning over 22 Mn. Sft in the initial Phases. The Lead Design Architect will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design initiatives for real estate and hospitality projects. The position requires a Bachelor of Architecture from a reputed institute and a proven track record in conceptualizing and overseeing mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience and possess exceptional skills in architectural design for hospitality-led projects. This position will report to Head Design. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee architectural design initiatives for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design concepts. Provide strategic guidance and innovative design solutions to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of projects. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, building codes, and sustainability principles in all design activities. Supervise and mentor junior architects to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Conduct regular site visits and participate in project meetings to monitor progress and address any design-related challenges. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies to optimize project outcomes. Qualifications Experience: 15-18 years of experience in architectural design for real estate, mixed use and hospitality projects. Proven track record in leading full-cycle projects from concept development to on-site completion. Education Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution. Preferred: B. Arch from reputed institutes such as CEPT University and School of Planning & Architecture (SPA). Certification Required: No specific certifications required, but relevant certifications in architectural design are advantageous. Behavioural Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Comprehensive understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices. Demonstrated expertise in developing architectural concepts for hospitality-led projects.
