Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Lathe Operator to set up, operate, and maintain lathe machines to produce precision metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate lathe machines to shape metal or other materials
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Set up machines, select tools, and adjust machine settings
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lathe Operator
Knowledge of machining processes and tools
Ability to read technical drawings
Familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer)
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred
