Key Responsibilities

Operate conventional/CNC lathe machines safely and efficiently.
Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
Set up tools, fixtures, and materials on the machine.
Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, and cutting operations.
Measure finished components using measuring instruments like vernier caliper and micrometer.
Maintain production quality as per required standards.
Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain daily production records and reports.
Reduce material wastage and machine downtime.
