Job Title: Lathe Machine Operator – Circlip Industry

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our circlip manufacturing team. The operator will be responsible for producing precision coils from wire using lathe machines. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate lathe machines to produce coils from wire according to specified dimensions and quality standards.

- Set up and adjust lathe machines for coil production, ensuring optimal machine performance.

- Monitor machines during operation to detect and resolve any issues or irregularities.

- Inspect finished coils for accuracy, consistency, and quality compliance.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper lubrication of machines and work area.

- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a lathe machine operator, preferably in the circlip or wire forming industry.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Skilled in setting up and operating lathe machines, particularly for coil making.

- Good manual dexterity and mechanical skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic understanding of safety standards in manufacturing. Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience with wire coiling and circlip manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of lathe machine maintenance.

- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
