Labour Supervisor

The Labour Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all labour activities at the running site/Plant. The role ensures proper manpower allocation, productivity, safety, and discipline among workers while coordinating with engineers and site management for smooth project execution. This position offers an in-hand salary upto 20000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage labour teams on-site to ensure daily work progress.

• Allocate manpower as per work requirements and monitor attendance.

• Ensure workers follow safety protocols and maintain discipline on site.

• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Manager for daily work planning.

• Maintain labour attendance records and report to HR / Admin.

• Monitor productivity and report any issues or delays.

• Assist in material handling and ensure proper use of resources.

• Resolve labour-related conflicts and maintain a healthy work environment.

• Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety on the construction site.

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of construction work procedures

• Ability to manage large teams effectively

• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
