Labour Supervisor

Reports To: Facility Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Labour Supervisor to oversee and manage, maintenance, and support staff in a facility management setting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, workforce discipline, and compliance with safety and service standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate daily duties and shifts based on schedules and service requirements.

• Recruit  labours as per client requirement.

• Monitor attendance, work quality, and productivity of the labor workforce.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and client expectations.

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and report issues to the Facility Manager.

• Maintain records of labor attendance, overtime, and performance.

• Coordinate with vendors or technical teams for specialized services when required.

• Address and resolve minor grievances or operational issues among the team.

• Ensure staff are properly groomed, in uniform, and equipped with the necessary tools and materials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

• Fresh or experience in facility management or related labor supervision roles.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and workers

• Candidates should know to speak Kannada, Hindi  and know to write English.

• Candidates should have two wheeler and 2 wheeler driving license.
