Job Description

We are looking for a Labour Supervisor to join our team at Sinnar, Nashik location. The role involves as mentioned below -

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manpower sourcing on daily basis as per company requirement

  • Visit plant at daily basis

  • Maintain records related to manpower, attendance, overtime etc.

  • Co-ordinate with Plant HR for daily operations

  • Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and statutory norms

  • Ensure attendance, discipline, and productivity of the workforce

  • Controlling attrition, daily absentisam etc.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0.6 months to 1 years in same role
