Kiln and Dryer Supervisor

Production Tech Experienced Kiln & Tar plant (Supervisor) BHIWADI , India | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Kiln/Dryer Supervisor to oversee critical kiln/dryer parameters including Kiln critical temperature, Dryer temperature monitor, Tar plant, and Shot Blasting Machines operation monitoring . The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety while leading a skilled maintenance team. Qualifications s Skills : Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Ceramic / Mechanical Engineering. 0–2 years of Kiln operation experience in Refractory/ Whiteware/ Glass plants. Hands-on expertise with Kiln critical temp. controlling, dryer operation, tar plants, and shot blasting machines operation monitoring. Strong knowledge of ceramic raw materials & processes systems. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Your role Supervise troubleshooting of kiln and dryer critical temperature. Lead and mentor a team of operators. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. To ensure and minimize PNG gas consumption by optimizing kiln loading and troubleshooting during power cut. Maintain and check accurate records of the kiln temp and maintain the accurate temperature of Tar plant vessel work. Compliance s Safety Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental norms. Implement best practices for workplace safety and risk management.
