· Assess and document plant and machinery details in line with subsidy scheme guidelines and compliance formats.
· Prepare structured lists of plant and machinery, including specifications, functions, costs, and installation details as per prescribed government formats.
· Interpret machinery layouts, technical datasheets, and vendor documents to determine eligibility and classification.
· Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subsidy consultants to gather accurate technical inputs.
· Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of all plant and machinery- related documentation for subsidy applications.
· Stay updated on technical standards, equipment categories, and scheme-specific machinery inclusion or exclusion norms.
· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
· Prior experience in handling technical documentation or working in manufacturing/industrial environments is preferred.
· Ability to understand machinery functions, specifications, and industrial processes.
· Strong documentation and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and document formatting tools.
