Junior Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in our production facility. The Operator will ensure machines are running smoothly, efficiently, and safely to meet production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor assigned machines during production.

Set up machines before production, ensuring proper calibration and adjustments.

Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure quality standards.

Load raw materials and unload finished products as required.

Identify, report, and troubleshoot minor machine issues to avoid downtime.

Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of machines and workplace.

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Record production data, including output, defects, and downtime.

Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors for smooth workflow.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (depending on company requirements).

Proven experience as a Machine/Plant Operator preferred (freshers can also apply).

Basic technical and mechanical knowledge.

Ability to read and understand safety guidelines and work instructions.

Good physical stamina and ability to work in shifts.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

Shift-based duty (Day/Night).

Standing for long periods.

Safety gear (helmets, gloves, shoes, etc.) must be worn at all times.
