Job Description

Jewellery Helper

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Jewellery Helper to assist jewellery artisans and production staff in manufacturing, finishing, polishing, and handling jewellery items. The candidate will support daily workshop activities while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist goldsmiths, jewellery artisans, and senior workers in daily production activities.

  • Handle jewellery pieces, raw materials, tools, and components carefully.

  • Support cutting, filing, polishing, buffing, cleaning, and finishing work as instructed.

  • Assist in assembling and preparing jewellery components.

  • Sort, count, and organize jewellery pieces and materials.

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area and tools.

  • Check finished jewellery for visible defects, scratches, or finishing issues.

  • Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled artisans.

  • Handle jewellery and precious materials responsibly and securely.

  • Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.

  • Perform other general workshop duties as required.
