Principal Consultant - Enterprise Apps Area(s) of responsibility Job Description – JDE Manufacturing Consultant (CSMS Expertise) Role: JDE Manufacturing Consultant / Principal Consultant Experience: 10 – 15 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled JD Edwards (JDE) Manufacturing Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing and CSMS (Customer Service Management System) modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end JDE solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Work as a Functional Consultant in JDE EnterpriseOne across Manufacturing, CAM, and CSMS modules. Configure and support JDE Manufacturing processes (BOM, Routing, Shop Floor, MRP, Work Orders). Implement and manage CSMS module , including: Equipment / install base management Contract management (warranty & service) Service work orders and after-sales processes Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support . Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations . Prepare functional specifications (FSD) and assist in technical design documentation (TSD). Experience Requirements 10–15 years of experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Experience in implementation / support / upgrade projects Experience Level Senior Level
