Assembled mechanical components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Used hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for assembly operations.
Performed fitting, fastening, and alignment of machine parts.
Conducted visual inspections to ensure product quality and proper assembly.
Identified and reported defects or non-conforming parts to the supervisor.
Maintained 5S and safety standards in the assembly area.
Assisted in production activities to achieve daily production targets.
Read and understood basic mechanical drawings and assembly procedures.
Coordinated with the Quality and Production teams to resolve assembly issues.
Maintained records of completed work and followed standard operating procedures
