Inventory Executive

Stores In-charge  

1.    Shall be responsible for maintaining records of Material inward, Material issue as well as stock records.

2.    Shall monitor Job-work transactions.

3.    Shall be responsible for ensuring proper storage of material as well as product Identification and traceability.

4.    Shall account for customer returned material (repair /rejection) as well as customer   

     property, if any.

- Stock register

- Material 

   identification and

   test status tags /

   labels

- Ensuring that stocks are

  properly inwarded,  

  stored and issued

- Ensuring stores is kept

  neat and clean.

- Ensures that Stocks are properly identified and controlled ensuring prevention of damage, deterioration or loss of material.

Process Performance measure : Maintaining stock reports on an ongoing basis.

    We at MM EFFICENT GADGET L.L.P have defined and are implementing the process of

  - Identification of material.

  - Handling of material at all stages (done manually), Job work material is dispatched and

    received vide labour delivery challan; material is issued internally vide entries in stock

    register

 - Storage of accepted or rejected or scrap material in allocated area

 - Records of material received and issued are maintained in stock register;

FIFO is maintained as per FIFO policy
