Job Title: Inprocess Engineer cum Supervisor

Job Description:

Supervise production activities and manage shop-floor manpower.
Monitor in-process quality of sheet metal fabrication components.
Ensure production follows quality standards and work instructions.
Handle daily production planning, reporting, and team coordination.
Resolve basic production and quality issues on the shop floor.

Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in sheet metal fabrication.
Experience in production supervision and manpower handling.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and in-process inspection.
Good communication and leadership skills.
