Injection Moulding Machine Operator
Job Responsibilities:
Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.
Perform mould changes and production setup as per production requirements.
Set and maintain machine parameters according to product specifications.
Load raw materials and monitor the production process.
Carry out machine setup, adjustments, and trial production.
Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects.
Maintain production targets while minimizing rejection and material wastage.
Identify basic machine problems and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Maintain cleanliness of machines, moulds, and the work area.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of injection moulding machines and production processes.
Ability to perform quality checks and identify moulding defects.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Operator is preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
