Infor XA Technical Area(s) of responsibility We are looking for an experienced Infor XA Technical Consultant with strong expertise in AS400 development and Infor XA ERP . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in application development, production support, and manufacturing business processes within an enterprise environment. Required Technical Skills AS400 Technologies DB2/400 RPG/400 CL/400 ILE/400 SQL/400 Infor XA Infor XA ERP IDF Development System Link Additional Skills Agile Methodology JIRA Change Management Tools SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Production Support and Troubleshooting Roles & Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions within the Infor XA environment. Participate in requirement gathering and solution design discussions. Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400-based applications using RPG, CL, DB2, and SQL. Design and support integrations using Infor XA IDF and System Link. Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and project teams. Handle production support activities, including debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving job failures (MSGW). Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint activities. Use JIRA for task tracking and project coordination. Adhere to SDLC processes, coding standards, and documentation requirements. Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
