Hum ek experienced Industrial Painter ki talash mein hain jo metal surface preparation ko independently handle kar sake aur Epoxy, PU, aur Enamel jaise industrial coatings ko spray aur manual methods se apply kar sake. Candidate ko paint quality maintain karni hogi, safety procedures follow karne honge, defects identify karke solve karne honge, aur production flow smooth rakhna hoga.

Key Responsibilities

• Surface preparation karna, jaise sanding, grinding, putty lagana, cleaning aur degreasing.

• Epoxy/PU/Enamel paints ko sahi ratio, viscosity aur consistency ke saath mix karna.

• Spray gun, paint booth, compressor aur related equipment operate karna.

• Metal components par primer aur topcoat ko uniform finishing ke saath apply karna.

• Basic quality checks karna, jaise DFT, coverage, gloss aur defect inspection.

• Defects jaise runs, sags, orange peel, pinholes, dust marks identify karke correct karna.

• Equipment ko maintain karna aur preventive maintenance follow karna.

• Safety standards, PPE use aur chemical handling guidelines follow karna.

• Production output aur paint consumption ka record maintain karna.

• Production team ke saath coordinate karke daily targets achieve karna.
