Industrial Digitalization Manager - MES Deployment and Manufacturing Execution Systems

As a part of the central industrial team of the Product Group (PG), deploy Valeo group MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), as known as ITAC, MES Barflow and the standards associated with it into the production sites of the PG. Define a strategy to deploy optimally MES Tools to the sites, as a compromise between the functionalities expected, the needed investments and the availability of MES Tools on sites. Standardize the functional and technical requirements of the MES Tools for PG sites. Support the creation and the training of a MES team in the sites. Ensure the development of competences of the MES Coordinators in each site and their teams as requested. Support recruitment as requested. Support the sites to define their MES needs for their SMT + Back End + assembly lines and follow-up of the deployment of the MES tools by the MES site team. Ensure, qualify and validate the integration of the MES into the SMT + Back End + assembly lines of PG plants. The integration contains the machine's qualification and the process validation (scrap management, etc...). Ensure that the MES communicates with the machines, how the machine communicates with ITAC or MS Barflow servers, how to handle most of the machines errors related to the MES Ensure IProM (Industrial Project Management) methodology is used by the sites for their programs/projects and monitor using this tracking methodology. Support the analysis and review of Capex budgets for MES as part of the budget cycle. Monitor/check the IAR competitiveness as requested. Participate at regular Technical/Standardisation Committee meetings. Participate in cross site audits. Be the reference person for any MES related item in assembly lines of the PG sites. Interact with Group MES teams and with Group SMT teams. Implement the highest standards in Health & Safety in the mission. Compliance with V5000 & TS16949 Standards Communication is in English. Travels to different plants in case of needs.
