Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, components, and packaging materials as per approved standards.

• Verify supplier materials against specifications, drawings, and PO requirements.

• Prepare and follow the Incoming Inspection Plan (AQL / Sampling Plan).

• Use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometre, Height Gauge, etc.) for inspection.

• Identify and segregate Non-Conforming Material (NCM).

• Raise Rejection / NCR (Non-Conformance Report) for defective materials.

• Coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions and follow up on issues.

• Maintain IQC records, reports, and inspection data. Analyse defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with proper analysis and reporting.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

• Perform final inspection of finished goods before dispatch as per quality standards.

• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional checks on finished products.

• Ensure proper packing quality, labelling, barcoding, and documentation before shipment
