We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced Export & Import Executive for our manufacturing unit.

An Export Documentation Executive prepares, manages, and dispatches critical shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin) to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth international logistics. They coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and internal teams to track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
Documentation Preparation: Draft and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and Bills of Lading (BL) accurately.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all shipments comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and DGFT guidelines.
Coordination: Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth logistics and cargo movement.
Letter of Credit (LC): Handle documentation related to Letters of Credit to ensure prompt payment.
Record Maintenance: Maintain organized records and files of all export documents for audits.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment status and provide updates to internal teams and clients.
Incentive Management: Apply for and monitor export incentive schemes like RoDTEP or EPCG.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade.
Experience: Generally 1–3 years of experience in export documentation or international shipping.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/documentation software.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and, if applicable, Letter of Credit protocols.
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Internal: Sales, Logistics, Finance teams.
External: CHAs, freight forwarders, courier services, regulatory authorities.
