Import Export Executive

Independently manage export and import documentation• for all international shipments.

Prepare shipping documents: Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading•, and related export/import paperwork.

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines•, and relevant government authorities for smooth clearance and shipment execution.

Handle banking documents• related to international trade including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Realization Certificates (BRC), and AD Code procedures.

• Communicate with clients and overseas partners for shipment tracking and document flow.

Ensure compliance with all applicable DGFT, Customs, and RBI• regulations.

• Maintain organized documentation records for audits and internal review.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
