Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Ignition & MES Experience with SQL databases and scripting for Ignition. Generate and share periodic performance reports, including system availability and uptime metrics. Training and Stakeholder Collaboration: Train plant personnel and operators on effective use and best practices for MES systems. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to escalate and resolve complex issues. Compliance and Best Practices Ensure systems adhere to corporate IT/OT policies and standards, including cybersecurity protocols. Stay updated with the latest developments in MES, Ignition and PLC technologies.
