Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor Husky PET Preform Injection Moulding Machines.
Handle PET material processing and monitor process parameters.
Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production.
Operate and monitor Resin Dryers, preferably Piovan systems.
Monitor production parameters and maintain product quality.
Identify machine/process issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Maintain production and process-related records.
Follow 5S, GMP, GDP and safety procedures.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a production team.
Candidate Requirements
2–6 years of experience in PET Preform Injection Moulding.
Hands-on experience with Husky machines preferred.
Good knowledge of PET material processing.
Experience with Piovan Resin Dryers / Plastic Material Handling Systems is preferred.
Candidates from PET Preform, Beverage, Packaging or Plastic Manufacturing industries preferred.
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or CIPET-DPT preferred.
Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
