We are looking for a HR EXECUTIVE to join our team HAMMERTECH CASTINGS. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

## Job Title: HR Executive/Manager

## Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at a leading manganese steel foundry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving organizational growth.

## Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding: Process new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.

2. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employees, including personal details, employment history, and benefits.

3. Labour Laws Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including statutory audits and returns.

4. Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with finance team to ensure timely payment of:

- Salaries and benefits to employees

- Vendor payments

- Sales-related payments (e.g., commissions, invoices)

## Additional Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts.

## Requirements:

1. Education: MBA/HR degree from a reputable institution.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or foundry setting.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
