HR Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE: We need an HR executive for our factory in Nagpur to manage 200+ employees. You will handle ESIC, PF and other government formalities, run salaries through our payroll portal, manage hiring and exits, take interviews, and handle leave and holiday applications. This is an office job with regular computer and software work, plus visits to government offices when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage HR records of 200+ factory employees Run monthly salaries on the payroll portal Handle ESIC, PF and government compliance and filings Post job openings, screen candidates and take interviews Manage joining, exits, leave and holiday applications Visit government offices for HR-related work when required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 1-2 years HR experience, factory or manufacturing preferred Comfortable with computers, payroll portals and HR software Working knowledge of ESIC, PF and labour compliance Good Hindi and Marathi; able to handle workers respectfully Organised and reliable with records and deadlines
