Job Title: Machine Operator Helper

Job Purpose

To assist the Machine Operator in smooth and efficient machine operations, material handling, production activities, and maintaining cleanliness and safety at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Machine Operator in operating production machines.

2. Arrange and provide raw materials such as fabric, net, thread, tape, etc.

3. Load and unload materials from the machine as instructed.

4. Help in setting up materials before starting production.

5. Collect finished products and keep them properly arranged.

6. Check products for basic defects such as improper stitching, cutting, printing, or finishing.

7. Inform the Machine Operator/Supervisor immediately about machine problems or abnormal sounds.

8. Maintain cleanliness around the machine and production area.

9. Follow all safety instructions and use required safety equipment.

10. Help in counting, packing, shifting, and stacking finished goods.

11. Maintain proper handling of materials to avoid wastage.

12. Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.

13. Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
