Operate pouching / bag-making machines as per production plan.
Set machine parameters according to pouch size, material, and customer specifications.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
Check pouch quality including:
- sealing quality
- dimensions
- printing alignment
- cutting accuracy
- zipper/spout fitment (if applicable)
Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues.
Maintain production records, rejection reports, and machine logs.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams for smooth operations.
