Key Responsibilities

Operate pouching machines for manufacturing various types of flexible packaging pouches.
Set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
Monitor pouch quality, sealing, cutting, alignment, and finishing during production.
Ensure proper machine speed and production output.
Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Identify and report machine faults or production issues to supervisors.
Maintain production records and job details.
Follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with quality and production teams for smooth operations.
