Helper

Key Responsibilities

• Assist tooling operators and technicians with daily production tasks

• Load, unload, and move tools, components, and materials as required

• Clean, organize, and maintain tooling, equipment, and work areas

• Help set up and break down tools, fixtures, and molds under supervision

• Support preventive maintenance activities as directed

• Accurately handle tools and materials to prevent damage or loss

• Work closely with team members to meet production schedules

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in manufacturing or tooling environment is an advantage

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/industrial setting

• Exposure to machinery, tools, noise, and moving equipment

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
