We are looking for a Helper For Binding to join our team at Fusioncraft to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹20000.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Book Binding Operator to perform various book-finishing and binding processes, including Perfect Binding, Wire-O (Wiro) Binding, and Calendar Binding. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality finishing, accurate assembly, and timely completion of print jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain book binding machines and equipment.

• Perform Perfect Binding for books, manuals, catalogs, and reports.

• Carry out Wire-O (Wiro) Binding for notebooks, planners, presentations, and documents.

• Perform Calendar Binding, including wire binding and hanging hook insertion.

• Inspect printed materials before and after binding to ensure quality standards.

• Set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements.

• Trim, fold, collate, and assemble printed materials as needed.

• Monitor production output and resolve minor machine issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

• Record production data and report any defects or maintenance needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in book binding or print finishing operations.

• Knowledge of Perfect Binding, Wire-O Binding, and Calendar Binding processes.

• Ability to operate binding, trimming, and finishing equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to lift and handle paper stacks and finished products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a printing or publishing environment.

• Familiarity with industrial binding and finishing machines.

• Understanding of production workflows and quality standards.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
