Position : Helper

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate or support machinery and production processes

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are met

• Follow supervisor instructions and meet daily production goals

• Report any issues or defects immediately

• Work responsibly as part of a team

Requirements:

• Physically fit and ready to work hard

• Basic understanding of factory operations (training will be provided)

• Good attitude and willingness to learn

• Team player with discipline and punctuality

• Prior experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory
