• Supervise fabrication processes such as welding, cutting, bending, drilling, and assembly of heavy steel structures.

• Ensure proper usage of fabrication machines like plate bending machines, plasma cutting machines, overhead cranes, etc.

• Coordinate with Design & QC teams for drawing understanding and inspection.

3. Quality & Standards

• Ensure compliance with WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and fabrication standards (ASME, IBR, ISO).

• Conduct in-process inspections and ensure defect-free output.

• Liaise with QC for stage and final inspections.

4. Manpower & Resource Management

• Manage and supervise a team of fitters, welders, helpers, and ma
